新型笼式双座阀的设计与专利结构解析

摘要 通过对传统双座阀的结构解析,发现传统双座阀被笼式阀淘汰的根本原因是传统双座阀的双通道流路按单座阀的单通道dg=DN来设计。本文根据流量守恒定律、匀速流动阻力小和精简结构等理念设计出双座阀经双通道分流后,每个通道的流量应为总流量的50%,进而得出每个通道的阀座直径dg约为0.65DN的优化结果。通过该结构优势再结合笼式阀的阀内件优势,把笼式阀的阀内件设计在双座阀的双通道上,因此获得一种新型笼式双座阀。相对于传统的笼式阀,新型笼式阀在重量和成本上大幅降低,性价比大幅提高,具有广泛的应用前景。 Through the analysis of the structure of the traditional double seat valve,it is found that the root cause of the traditional double seat valve being eliminated by the cage valve is to design the double channel flow path of the traditional double seat valve according to the single channel dg=DN of the single seat valve.In this paper,according to the concepts of flow conservation,small uniform flow re-sistance and streamlined structure,the flow rate of each channel should be 50%of the total flow rate af-ter the double-seat valve is divided by two channels,and then the optimization result that the seat di-ameter dg of each channel is about 0.65DN is obtained.Through the advantages of this structure and the advantages of the valve internals of the cage valve,the valve internals of the cage valve are designed on the double channel of the double seat valve,so a new type of cage double seat valve is obtained.Compared with the traditional cage valve,the new cage valve is greatly reduced in weight and cost,and the cost performance is greatly improved,which has a wide application prospect.
