安全阀排放反力计算方法浅析

摘要 基于《实用阀门设计手册》、API520、ASME B31.1和HG/T20570.2,详细介绍了工作介质为气体和蒸汽时敞开式安全阀排放系统排放反力计算方法,并通过实例对上述四种计算方法进行了对比和分析。分析结果表明,HG/T20570.2与API520均是通过叠加动、静载荷得到排放反力数值,ASEM B31.1在计算蒸汽介质排放反力过程中考虑了热力学参数对排放反力计算结果的影响,《实用阀门设计手册》和ASME B31.1在计算时,引入了动载系数用以修正冲击载荷的影响。API520、ASME B31.1、《实用阀门设计手册》计算结果较为接近,HG/T20570.2方法计算结果与其余三种方法计算结果存在量级差距,仅可作为计算参考。 Based on the Practical Valve Design Manual,API520,ASME B31.1,and HG/T20570.2,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the calculation method of reaction forces for open safety valve discharge systems when the working medium is gas and steam.Through examples,the above four calcu-lation methods are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that both HG/T20570.2 and API520 obtain the reaction forces values by superimposing dynamic and static loads.ASEM B31.1 con-siders the influence of thermodynamic parameters on the calculation results of reaction forces in steam medium.The Practical Valve Design Manual and ASME B31.1 introduce dynamic load coefficients to correct the influence of impact loads in the calculation.The calculation results of API520,ASME B31.1 and Practical Valve Design Manual are relatively close,and there is a magnitude difference between the calculation results of HG/T20570.2 method and the other three methods,which can only be used as a reference for calculation.
