可调式V型球阀流量特性及阀芯型线优化研究

摘要 以DN400型V型球阀为研究对象,采用圆弧构造V型切口,以圆弧半径、圆心至球体回转轴的距离为优化变量,通过数值模拟分析不同结构参数下球阀内流动特性和流量特性,对阀芯型线进行了优化设计。结果表明,增加圆弧半径可以有效放大调节阀的增益,使流量特性向理想等百分比靠拢,调节更加灵敏;减小圆心至球体回转轴的距离可以增加工作行程段流量调节的稳定性。优化后的阀芯型线同时具有灵敏的调节精度和稳定的流量调节性能,为V型调节球阀的设计提供了参考。 Taking the DN400 V-shaped ball valve as the research object,a circular arc was used to construct a V-shaped notch,and the radius of the arc and the distance from the center of the circle to the rotation axis of the ball were used as optimization variables.The flow characteristics and flow rate characteristics inside the ball valve under different structural parameters were analyzed through numeri-cal simulation,and the valve core profile was optimized and designed.The results show that increasing the radius of the arc can effectively amplify the gain of the regulating valve,making the flow character-istics closer to the ideal percentage,and making the regulation more sensitive;Reducing the distance from the center of the circle to the axis of rotation of the sphere can increase the stability of flow regula-tion during the working stroke.The optimized valve core profile has both sensitive adjustment accuracy and stable flow regulation performance,providing reference for the design of V-shaped regulating ball valves.
