摘要
传统高低压旁路阀在进行结构设计时,主要从关断功能角度考虑而非调节功能,导致其在深度调峰机组中的启闭次数寿命不足,易造成阀门内漏和阀后温度过高问题。此外,频繁的动作可能导致阀杆填料流失,引发外漏,迫使机组停机。因此在深度调峰机组下,高、低压旁路阀的启闭寿命不足一直是困扰用户的难题之一。本文针对电厂调峰过程中高低压旁路阀的实际应用,探讨了选型、结构设计和使用注意事项,旨在为阀门设计和电厂操作人员提供参考。
Traditional high and low-pressure bypass valves are primarily designed for shutdown rather than regulation,which leads to insufficient cycle life in deep peak-shaving units,causing internal leak-age and excessive downstream temperatures.Moreover,frequent operations can lead to the loss of valve stem packing,resulting in external leakage and unit shutdowns.This paper discusses the selection,struc-tural design,and operational considerations of high and low-pressure bypass valves in the context of power plant peak-shaving,providing insights for valve designers and power plant operators.
