摘要
钢的化学成分、显微组织、力学性能、硫化物形貌等是影响材料切削性能的重要因素。通过碲改质处理可以改善硫化物的形貌,改质后生成的MnTe-MnS共晶化合物可以使硫化物呈椭球体状。结果表明:碲改质后,长宽比小于2的硫化物占比接近50%,90%的硫化物长宽比小于6;碲改质后,材料切削阻抗力降低、刀具磨损量减少、材料表面粗糙度降低,材料的切削性能提高。
The chemical composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and sulfide morphology of steel were important factors affecting the cutting performance of materials.The morphology of sulfides could be improved by tellurium modification,and the MnTe-MnS eutectic compound generated after modification could make sulfides ellipsoidal.The results show that after tellurium modification,the proportion of sulfides with aspect ratios less than 2was close to 50%,and 90% of sulfides had aspect ratios less than 6.After tellurium modification,the cutting impedance force of the material decreased,the amount of tool wear decreased,the surface roughness of the material decreased,and the cutting performance of the material improved.
