积极探索新型集体经济发展的有效形式是实现乡村振兴必经之路。梳理了浙江强村公司的发展历程、组建形式、运行模式、主要业务,总结了当前强村公司发展成功的经验。分析强村公司发展面临的困境与不足,从厘清思想、丰富多元业态、人才助力、完善利益联结机制、监督机制、协调社会属性、探索产权开放、加大政策扶持力度等方面提出了促进强村公司发展的对策与建议,以期为发展壮大新型农村集体经济提供参考。

Actively exploring effective forms of new collective economic development is a necessary path to achieve rural revitalization.This article outlines the development history,organizational form,operational mode,and main business of Zhejiang Qiangcun Company,and summarizes the successful experience of its current development.Analyze the difficulties and shortcomings faced by the development of the Qiangcun company,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the strong village company from the aspects of clarifying ideas,enriching diverse business formats,talent assistance,improving interest linkage mechanisms,supervision mechanisms,coordinating social attributes,exploring property rights opening,and increasing policy support,in order to provide reference for the development and growth of the new rural collective economy.
