摘要
为探寻青海门源地区油菜生产过程中适宜的生长调节剂,以‘浩油11号’油菜品种为试验材料,设置了5个植物生长调节剂处理(2%三十烷醇·苄氨基嘌呤悬浮剂、1%吲哚丁酸·三十烷醇乳粉剂、1%吲哚丁酸·诱抗素可溶液剂、0.01%芸薹素内酯可溶液剂、0.4%糠氨基嘌呤可溶液剂)及1个清水对照处理,比较了不同处理油菜农艺性状、产量及产量构成指标。结果表明,不同植物生长调节剂均有助于提升油菜分枝节位高、单株有效角果数、角粒数、千粒质量及产量。综合考虑,认为使用0.01%芸薹素内酯可溶液剂3000倍液、0.4%糠氨基嘌呤可溶液剂500倍液油菜农艺性状和产量最佳,建议在门源回族自治县大力推广应用。
To explore the appropriate growth regulators in the production process of oilseed rape in Menyuan County,the oilseed rape variety'Haoyou 11'was used as the experimental material,and set up five plant growth regulator treatments(2%triasanol benzylaminopurine suspension,1%indole butyrate and triaconol milk powder,1%indole butyrate and induced analoin solution,0.01%brassinolide solution,0.4%triacontanyl purine solution)and one water control treatment.The agronomic traits,yield,and yield composition indexes of different treatments were compared.The results showed that all the plant growth regulators helped to increase the height of branching nodes,the number of effective pods per plant,the number of seeds per pod,thousand-seed weight,and yield of rapeseed.Considering all factors,it is believed that the use of 0.01% brassinolide solution at 3,000 times dilution and 0.4%triacontanyl purine solution at 500 times dilution resulted in the best agronomic traits and yield of rapeseed.It is recommended to vigorously promote and apply these treatments in Menyuan Autonomous County..
