摘要
作为超声水表的重要组件,换能器在水表测量中负责超声波信号的发射与接收,对测量过程至关重要。通过探讨不同频次发射源、管道内壁附着物类型及水质变化对换能器接收信号效果的影响,分析了换能器信号幅值如何直接影响超声水表的测量精度及测量稳定性,提出了提升换能器信号幅值和超声水表精度的处理方法,以期为未来的超声水表设计提供有益参考。
As an important component of ultrasonic water meters,transducers are responsible for the transmission and reception of ultrasonic signals in water meter measurements,which is crucial to the measurement process.By exploring the effects of different frequency emission sources,types of attachments on the inner wall of pipelines,and changes in water quality on the signal reception performance of transducers,this paper analyzes how the amplitude of transducer signals directly affects the measurement accuracy and stability of ultrasonic water meters.The processing method is proposed to improve the amplitude of transducer signals and the accuracy of ultrasonic water meters to provide a useful reference for future ultrasonic water meter design.
