装配式临时支架在宽幅钢箱梁施工中的应用

摘要 城市钢箱梁多数会因为跨度较大而难以实现整跨吊装,因此多选择在现场搭设临时支架进行分块安装焊接,故需对临时支架进行设计计算,因此选择安全合理的临时支架形式成为钢箱梁吊装施工避不开的方案。选择较大直径的圆钢管进行现场焊接组装,焊接质量和钢管材质的选择可能会成为质量安全隐患和成本控制的影响因素,本项目采用装配式组合支架可以很好地解决上述问题。 Most of steel box girders in cities cannot be easily hoisted within large spans.They are often installed or welded by segmentation with falsework on site,so falsework design and calculation should be carried out.Safe and reasonable falsework are necessary for the hoisting and construction of steel box girders.During the on-site welding and assembly of large-diameter circular steel pipes,the quality of welding and material of steel pipes may affect the quality,safety and cost control.Prefabricated support assemblies were applied in this project as a solution to the aforesaid problems.
