摘要
钢筋桁架楼承板是在工厂采用高频电阻点焊组合技术加工成的焊接式钢筋桁架模板,与传统的现浇混凝土楼板相比,非超跨区域不需要临时支撑,运送到施工现场后只需绑扎受力分布钢筋及附加构造钢筋,直接浇筑混凝土形成现浇楼承板,极大地提高了施工速度,保证了结构的整体性和施工质量,能够满足绿色施工及节能环保的要求,有效控制了项目成本。通过介绍其施工工艺及主要节点作法,及时总结关键技术应用情况,旨在对类似项目的设计及施工提供参考。
Steel bar truss decks are steel truss formworks that are made by high-frequency resistance spot welding in factories.Compared with conventional cast-in-situ concrete floors,temporary supports are not required if steel bar truss decks are not installed across different areas.After steel bar truss decks are transported to a construction site,only the stressed bars and additional structural bars need to be tied,followed by concrete pouring into cast-in-situ decks.This can greatly increase the construction speed,ensure the integrity and construction quality of structures,meet the requirements for green construction,energy conservation and environmental protection,and effectively control engineering costs.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the design and construction of similar projects through an introduction to the construction technology and main joint construction and timely summary of the applications of key technologies.
