摘要
某项目为大底盘塔楼偏置的超高层建筑,存在高度超限、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、竖向收进、转换、跃层柱、塔楼偏置等多个不规则项。采用多种程序对其进行了反应谱分析、弹性时程分析、抗震性能分析、弹塑性分析、跃层柱稳定分析、楼板应力分析以及舒适度分析,计算结果可以满足规范要求。针对小偏拉剪力墙、跃层柱、转换柱等关键构件采取有效的加强措施,以保证其在地震作用下具有良好的抗震性能。
The super high-rise structure with a large-podium tower offset in a project involves many nonconformities such as over-height,torsional irregularity,floor discontinuity,vertical retraction,conversion,cross-floor columns and tower offset.The response spectrum analysis,elastic time history analysis,seismic performance analysis,elastoplastic analysis,cross-floor column analysis,floor stress analysis and comfort analysis were carried out through a variety of programs.Calculation results meet the relevant requirements.Effective reinforcing measures were taken to key components such as shear walls,cross-floor columns and transition columns with small eccentric tension in order to ensure high seismic resistance in earthquakes.
