基于手机App的旋挖钻机钻杆垂直度监测系统开发

摘要 针对旋挖钻机桅杆垂直度监测数据可靠度低、全站仪复核测量钻杆垂直度程序复杂烦琐等问题,基于Arduino和App inventor2平台分别开发了监测系统上位机程序和手机App软件,通过无线传输的方式实时获取钻杆加速度、垂直度数据。该系统设置了垂直度预警装置,当垂直度超过阈值时进行报警,提醒操作人员对钻杆垂直度进行调整,避免垂直度超出规范要求。同时开展了系统测试实验,将钻杆监测系统的加速度、倾斜角度测量数据与常规传感器测量数据进行对比分析,检验了钻杆监测系统监测数据的准确性。 In order to solve such problems as low reliability of the drill pipe verticality monitoring data of rotary drilling rigs and cumbersome procedures for drill pipe verticality measurement with total stations,the host program and mobile App software were developed for the monitoring system based on Arduino and App inventor2 platforms respectively,to obtain real-time drill pipe acceleration and verticality data through wireless transmission.This system is also equipped with a verticality warning device,which sends warnings when the verticality exceeds the threshold,thus reminding operators to adjust the drill pipe verticality in accordance with the specifications.Furthermore,the drill pipe monitoring system was tested,and the measured acceleration and tilt data was compared with the measurement data of conventional sensors to verify the accuracy of monitoring data of this monitoring system.
