摘要
通过际华园冰雪运动中心钢桁架+钢筋混凝土框架的特殊大跨度结构体系形成的空间特点,将建筑结构划分为4个独立气密区,采用高效隔热保温围护结构、门窗、墙体等关键部位冷热桥技术措施,有效降低建筑本体能耗,采用满足不同功能空间需求的高效空调系统降低建筑综合能耗,采用高效BIPV屋面太阳能光电一体化再生能源能系统,解决项目供热制冷、能耗、成本等问题,有效解决了场馆淡季运营能耗高的难题,并通过智能化控制技术降低能耗、通过智能管理系统打造高度智能化的“智慧体育建筑”。
According to the spatial characteristics of the special large-span structural system consisting of the steel truss+reinforced concrete frame in Jihuayuan Ice&Snow Sports Center,the building structure is divided into four independent airtight areas,with efficient thermal bridges at key components such as insulation enclosures,doors,windows and walls,in order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the building.The efficient air conditioning system meeting the needs of different functional space is applied to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the building.The efficient BIPV roof-mounted solar-photovoltaic integrated renewable energy system is used as a solution to heating,cooling,energy consumption and cost problems,thereby effectively addressing high energy consumption in off-season operation of venues.Furthermore,the intelligent control technology is applied for lower energy consumption,and the intelligent management system is applied for a highly intelligent sports building.
