在人类中心主义的环境伦理观的错误指引下,全球环境问题愈演愈烈。应当在摒弃人类中心主义的环境伦理观的同时,构建一种新型的环境伦理观。这是一种以可持续发展为中心的新型的环境伦理观,其尊重环境的独立价值和内在价值,倡导人与自然和谐共处,对于实现人类社会的可持续发展具有重要的意义和价值。这种新型的环境伦理观在全世界范围内的形成和发展离不开国际环境法的推动和保障,且需要国际环境立法从实施机制和责任制度等方面提供具有拘束力的规范。

The global environmental crisis is the result of the anthropocentrism from the perspective of environmental ethics to a considerable extent.Therefore,it matters a lot that we should construct a new kind of environmental ethics while we abandon anthropocentrism.This new kind of environmental ethics,based on sustainable development,respects the independent and intrinsic value of the environment,advocates the harmony between man and nature,means a lot to realize the sustainable development of human society.Besides,the promotion and guarantee of international environmental legislation is vitally necessary to the formation and development of the new environmental ethics.The international environmental legislation provides this kinds of new environmental ethics with binding norms from implementation mechanism and liability system.
