摘要
备自投装置是提高主网供电可靠性的一种有效技术手段,结合传统备自投装置在手拉手结构电网中存在的问题,提出了一种新型智能远方备自投方案。分析了远方备自投原理,阐述了远方备自投方案实现方法。搭建了RTDS仿真测试环境,对方案实现方法进行了验证,并列举了试验结果。最终得出该远方备自投方案能实现相邻变电站之间数据的全景感知,可解决在相邻变电站发生故障时全站失压的问题,极大地提高了电网供电可靠性。
The automatic transfer switching device is an effective technical means to enhance the reliability of power supply in the main grid.Addressing the issues associated with traditional automatic transfer switching devices in hand-in-hand grid structures,a novel intelligent remote automatic transfer switching scheme is proposed.This paper analyzes the principles of remote automatic transfer switching and elaborates on the implementation methods of the proposed scheme.An real-time digital simulator(RTDS)simulation test environment is set up to verify the implementation method,and the test results are presented.Ultimately,it is concluded that this remote automatic transfer switching scheme enables panoramic data perception between adjacent substations,resolves the issue of total voltage loss at a substation during faults in neighboring substations,and significantly improves the reliability of power supply in the grid.
