数字农业对城乡融合发展的影响研究

Mechanism and Heterogeneity Analysis of DigitalAgriculture on Urban-Rural Integrated Development

经济发展失衡、要素流动滞涩、数字资源错配等问题是阻碍城乡一体化进程的主要因素,利用数字技术优势发展数字农业,是实现城乡融合发展的必由之路。在分析数字农业影响城乡融合发展的作用机理基础上,运用2013—2022年我国省级面板数据进行实证检验,结果显示,数字农业能通过促进产业结构升级和劳动要素流动推动城乡融合发展,且存在区域异质性及调节效应,东部地区数字农业对城乡融合发展的促进效果最显著,农村消费水平提高能增强数字农业对城乡融合发展的驱动作用。应加强数字基础设施建设、建立数字农业长效赋能机制、实现数字技术与农村产业的深度融合,以加快数字农业发展步伐,赋能城乡融合发展。

The Unbalance of economic development,the stagnation of factor flow and the mismatch of digital resources are the main factors hindering the process of urban-rural integration,and it is the only way to realize the integration of urban and rural development.Theoretical analysis of the impact of digital agriculture on urban-rural integration development mechanism,and the use of 2013-2022 provincial panel data empirical test,the results show that,digital agriculture can promote the development of urban-rural integration by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and the flow of labor factors,and there is regional heterogeneity and adjustment effect,the increase of rural consumption level can strengthen the driving role of digital agriculture to the urban-rural integration development.We should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the level of digital agriculture,smooth the flow of urban and rural factors,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,raise the level of rural consumption,and realize the deep integration of digital technology and rural industry,speed up the development of digital agriculture and enabling urban and rural integration development.
