摘要
为了解野生青海茄参不同组织的3类重要次生代谢产物(香豆素与木脂素、生物碱、类黄酮)的种类及其相对含量,以野生青海茄参的根、果和叶为样本,应用高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术对样品的3类重要次生代谢产物进行分析。结果表明:在青海茄参中,香豆素与木脂素、生物碱、类黄酮所含的种类及化合物分别有2类39种、3类60种、10类107种,其中叶部3类重要次生代谢产物最多,香豆素与木脂素39种、生物碱59种及类黄酮106种;果部香豆素与木脂素和生物碱代谢产物相对较少,分别有36种和56种;根部类黄酮代谢产物最少,仅有75种。3类重要次生代谢产物在果部和叶部的相对含量较根部更相似,生物碱在根部含量最高,类黄酮在叶部含量最高,香豆素与木脂素在果部含量最高。综上,青海茄参3类重要次生代谢产物在不同组织中的分布及其含量有明显差异,该结果可为青海茄参的有效成分提取提供理论依据。
In order to explore the types and content of 3 important secondary metabolites(coumarin and lignan, alkaloid, flavonoid) in different tissue of wild Mandragora Chinghaiensis,its roots, fruits and leaves are taken as samples to analyze these 3 important secondary metabolites by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results are as follows: The types and compounds of coumarin and lignan, alkaloid and flavonoid are divided into 2 categories with 39 types, 3 categories with 60 types, and 10 categories with 107 types respectively.Among them, three important secondary metabolites in the leaves have the most types, including 39 types of coumarin and lignan, 39 types of alkaloid and 106 types of flavonoid.There are few types of metabolites of coumarin and lignan and alkaloid in the fruits, with 36 and 56 types respectively.The types of flavonoid metabolites in the roots are the least, with only 75 types.The content of three important secondary metabolites in the fruits and leaves is more similar than that in the roots.Alkaloid has the highest content in the roots, flavonoid has the highest content in the leaves, and coumarin and lignan have the highest content in the fruits.In summary, there are significant differences in the distribution and content of three important secondary metabolites in different tissue of Mandragora Chinghaiensis,which can provide theoretical basis for extracting its effective component.
