莫代尔涤纶长丝交织染色面料撕破强力提升工艺

摘要 纬向采用国产50 D T400涤纶长丝,探讨坯布工艺设计及染整加工过程对纬向撕破强力的影响。优化前处理工艺为:碱冷堆、长车漂白。同时根据正交试验设计法分析得到:当气流分散染色温度为120℃,还原清洗的纯碱用量3.5 g/L、保险粉用量4.0 g/L、还原清洗温度85℃时,涤纶长丝织物强力的损伤最小;研究不同类型的柔软硅油及定形温度,确定撕破强力提升效果最好的硅油种类及定形温度,最终T400涤纶长丝纬向撕破强力达到8.9 N(2.0 lbf)。 The domestic 50 D T400 polyester filament is used in the weft direction.The influences of the grey cloth design and dyeing and finishing process on the weft tearing strength are discussed.The optimal pretreatment process is determined as follows:alkali cold reactor and continuous bleaching.At the same time,according to the orthogonal experi-mental design method,the damage to the strength of polyester filament fabric is the least when the air dispersion dyeing temperature is 120℃,the dosage of soda ash is 3.5 g/L,the dosage of insurance powder is 4.0 g/L and the temperature is 85℃.Through the study of different types of soft silicone oil and setting temperature,the best type of silicone oil and set-ting temperature for improving tearing strength are determined,and finally the tearing strength of T400 polyester filament reaches 8.9 N(2.0 lbf).
