摘要
蚕丝被作为蚕丝的一种主要制品,深受消费者的喜爱。接枝增重处理会让蚕丝质量增加。我国现采用GB/T 24252-2019《蚕丝被》附录C进行增重检测。试验证实采用该方法对再生纤维素纤维和蚕丝的混合物进行检测时,再生纤维素纤维的存在会使样品完全溶解的时间变长至45~51 min;再生纤维素纤维会使增重处理过的蚕丝显色由黄色变为深紫红色,使未增重的蚕丝显色由紫丁香色变为深紫色。结果表明:再生纤维素纤维的存在会对常温盐酸法蚕丝增重检测结果产生影响。
As one of the main products of silk,silk is deeply loved by consumers.The weight of silk is increased by grafting.China currently uses Appendix C of GB/T 24252—2019 Silk Quilt for weight gain testing.The experiment proves that the presence of the regenerated cellulose fiber can prolong the complete dissolution time of the sample to 45-51 min when the mixture of regenerated cellulose fiber and silk is detected by this method.The regenerated cellulose fiber will change the color of the silk from yellow to deep purple,so that the color of silk without weight gain from lilac to deep purple.The results show that the presence of regenerated cellulose fiber will affect the results of weight gain test of silk by normal temperature hydrochloric acid method.
