Due to the rapid development of technology,the textile industry continues to improve its product quality and design innovation are also facing more complex intellectual property rights issues,including patent infringement,trademark theft and design plagiarism,which affect the healthy development of the entire textile industry.At present,the domestic research on the legal issues in intellectual property protection is in the initial stage,and it still faces major challenges in the concrete implementation.The legal issues of intellectual property protection in the textile industry have been thoroughly discussed,and targeted strategies have been proposed to promote the healthy and orderly development of the textile industry.
