摘要
低合金钢/不锈钢双金属复合结构件兼具优异的耐蚀性能和较低的生产成本,被应用于含CO2、H2S油田地面集输管道等领域,但由于低合金钢与不锈钢热物性能存在差异,在冶金结合过程中,双金属界面附近会存在较大的残余应力,在残余应力与腐蚀介质的双重作用下,双金属复合结构件界面附近容易发生应力腐蚀开裂。简要介绍了低合金钢/不锈钢双金属复合结构件的制造技术,对双金属连接界面附近不锈钢侧合金元素的扩散、应力腐蚀开裂的研究现状和关键技术进行了总结,分析了低合金钢/不锈钢双金属结构件过渡材料的选用原则,并提出了过渡材料或焊接材料的选用建议,为双金属复合结构件的研究和应用提供参考。
Low alloy steel/stainless steel bimetal composite structural components have excellent corrosion resistance and low production cost,and are used in the field of CO2 and H2S oil field surface gathering pipeline and other fields.However,due to the differences in thermal properties between the low alloy steel and stainless steel,there will be large residual stress near the bimetal interface in the process of metallurgical bonding.Under the dual action of residual stress and corrosive medium,stress corrosion cracking(SCC)is easy to occur near the interface of bimetal composite structural components.The manufacturing technology of the low alloy steel/stainless steel bimetal composite structural components are briefly introduced,the research status and the key technologies of diffusion of the alloy elements and the stress corrosion cracking on the stainless steel side near the bimetal connection interface are summarized,the selection principles of transition materials for the low alloy steel/stainless steel bimetal structural components are analyzed,and the suggestions for the selection of the transition materials or the welding materials are proposed,the reference for the research and application of bimetal composite structural components are provided.
