摘要
针对未来对大功率以及超大功率电源处理单元的需求,对国内外霍尔推力器阳极电源拓扑技术的研究现状进行了分析与总结,采用软开关四管Buck-Boost变换器的PWM加移相控制策略,结合对该策略的时序仿真分析试验,对传统“四边形电感电流”模式进行了改进,解决了电路工作在低负载情况下时,整个电路会因开关管的额外损耗导致变换器的效率降低的问题,使电路在全电压全负载范围内实现了开关管的零电压开通,将电感电流的有效值降到了最小,在极大地降低了开关管造成的损耗的同时提升了四管Buck-Boost变换器效率。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the current research status of Hall thruster anode power topology technology at home and abroad with respect to the future demand for high-power as well as ultra-high-power power processing units.Adopting the PWM plus phase-shift control strategy of soft-switching Four-Switch Buck-Boost converter,and combining with the timing simulation and analysis of this strategy,the traditional"quadrilateral inductor current"mode has been improved,which solves the problem that when the circuit operates at low loads,the efficiency of the converter is reduced due to the extra losses of switching tubes in the whole circuit.The efficiency of the Four-Switch Buck-Boost converter is improved while the losses caused by the switching tubes are greatly reduced.
