摘要
建设生成式人工智能应用教师先行者队伍,对应对生成式人工智能在基础教育教学应用中所面临的困难和问题具有三方面重要意义。以广州市天河区推进教育部人工智能助推教师队伍建设试点区为期一年的生成式人工智能应用行动研究项目的数据和实践为样本,以研究者与智能助手Kimi进行结构性对话的方式,人机协作地分析了教师们的技术应用能力提升以及运用先进教育思想、创新教学方式的情况,提炼了生成式人工智能与既往其他媒体资源不同的五大特征,并在战略思考的基础上提出了对策建议。
Building a pioneering team of teachers in the application of generative artificial intelligence has three important implications for addressing the difficulties and problems faced by the application of generative artificial intelligence in basic education and teaching.Taking the data and practice of the one-year action research project on the application of generative artificial intelligence to promote the construction of the teacher team in Tianhe District,Guangzhou,as a sample,this study analyzed the improvement of teachers'technical application ability and the use of advanced educational ideas and innovative teaching methods through a structured dialogue between researchers and Kimi.Five characteristics of generative artificial intelligence that are different from other media resources in the past were extracted,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on strategic thinking.
