摘要
教育强国战略明确指出,要把加强教师队伍建设作为最重要的基础工作来抓。在教育强国建设和教育数字化进程背景下,文章综合分析了人工智能在教师队伍建设试点项目中的实践应用,并提出了两个人工智能赋能教师专业发展的模型:一是大数据技术驱动的区域教师队伍建设模型,旨在通过精确的数据分析,实现教师资源的优化配置和个性化发展路径的规划;二是人工智能赋能教师的教学实践与能力发展模型,该模型探讨了人工智能在教学设计、课堂互动、教研创新和教师自我提升等方面如何为教师提供智能化支持,以加速教学改革、教研创新和教师个人职业成长。最后,文章通过具体实践案例,展示了人工智能在促进教师专业发展方面的应用成效。研究结果不仅为人工智能助推教师队伍建设提供了实证基础,更为教育强国战略下的教师队伍建设提供了新的视角和策略。
The Strategy of Powerful Nation in Education clearly points out that strengthening the construction of the teaching force should be taken as the most important basic work.In the context of the construction of a powerful nation in education and the process of educational digitalization,the article comprehensively analyses the practical application of artificial intelligence(AI)in the pilot project of teaching force building,and proposes two models of AI-empowered teacher professional development.Firstly,a Big Data technology-driven model of regional teaching force building,which aims to achieve optimal allocation of teachers'resources and planning of individualized development paths through precise data analysis.Secondly,an AI-empowered model of teachers'teaching practice and competence development,which explores how AI can provide teachers with intelligent support in teaching design,classroom interaction,teaching and research innovation,and teacher self-improvement,in order to accelerate teaching reform,teaching and research innovation,and teachers'personal professional growth.Finally,the article demonstrates the effectiveness of the application of AI in promoting teacher professional development through specific practice cases.The results of the study not only provide an empirical basis for AI to boost the development of teachers,but also provide new perspectives and strategies for the construction of teaching force under the strategy of a powerful nation in education.
