青年夜校“翻红”现象的透视与展望

当代青年夜校是青年的精神家园,使“夜校”再度“翻红”,是人口高质量发展支撑中国式现代化建设的行动、终身学习时代学习型社会的全面建构、青年文化需求的增长与供给缺失的矛盾推动和对充实完整的新型青年生活方式追求的回应等多重原因导致的必然结果,具有教育目的促进青年高质量发展、课程内容关注“无用之学”、夜校功能重在提升生活境界和基本属性为大众公益且优质等新型特征,也存在经费、场地、师资、课程、政策等多重发展困境,推动青年夜校能够在“翻红”的基础上“长红”,共同建设与呵护青年的精神家园,要统筹多类资源促进青年夜校可持续发展、以高质量课程建设推动青年夜校高质量发展、加强政策协同以支持青年夜校的长久发展和拓展规划城乡一体化青年夜校共同发展。

As the spiritual home of young people,contemporary youth night schools have once again"turned popular"as a result of multiple factors,including the action of supporting the construction of Chinese path to modernization with highquality development of the population,the comprehensive construction of a learning society in the era of lifelong learning,the contradiction between the growth of youth cultural needs and the lack of supply,and the pursuit of a complete and integrated new lifestyle for young people.It has new characteristics such as educational purposes to promote high-quality development of young people,curriculum content that focuses on"useless learning",and night school functions that focus on enhancing the realm and basic attributes of life for the public good and high quality.There are also multiple development dilemmas such as funding,venues,teachers,courses,policies,etc..To promote the long-term development of youth night schools on the basis of"turning popular",we must jointly build and care for the spiritual home of young people.We must coordinate various resources to promote the sustainable development of youth night schools,promote the high-quality development of youth night schools with high-quality curriculum construction,strengthen policy coordination to support the long-term development of youth night schools,and expand the planning of urban and rural integration of youth night schools for common development.
