政府购买服务是政府服务提供方式的重大创新,极大提高了政府的工作效率。但由于实务中缺乏完善的监督机制,我国政府购买养老服务并没有发挥其应有的作用;为了保证购买的公平和服务质量,应完善多元化监督主体、监督方法、绩效评估等监督保障制度。

Government purchase of services is a major innovation in the way government services are provided,which greatly im-proves the work efficiency of the government.However,due to the lack of perfect supervision mechanism in practice,our government's purchase of old-age services has not played its due role In order to ensure the fairness of purchase and service quality,we should im-prove the supervision and guarantee system such as diversified supervision subjects,supervision methods and performance evaluation.
