摘要
随着城市建设用地不断扩张,土地供需矛盾日益突出。当前多数土地综合整治项目缺乏关于耕地土/水环境整治技术相关的探索和研究。本文通过研究天空地一体的全域土地综合整治潜力调查评价与耕地土水环境保持生态修复关键技术,构建全域土地综合整治及国土生态修复深度学习平台,实现对全域土地综合整治及国土生态修复项目生态服务协同权衡智能评价,提高生态系统管理水平,对维护生态系统安全和可持续发展至关重要,对全域土地综合整治和生态修复项目监管、设计和实施做到科学辅助决策。
With the continuous expansion of urban construction land,the contradiction between land supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Currently,most of the comprehensive land consolidation projects lacking of exploration and research on the remediation technologies of cultivated land/water environment.In this paper,by studying the investigation and evaluation of the potential of “space-air-ground” comprehensive land consolidation and the key technologies of maintaining ecological restoration of cultivated land and water environment,and constructing a deep learning platform for comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration,the intelligent evaluation of ecological services of comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration projects can be realized,and the level of ecosystem management can be improved,which is very important for improving the management level and maintaining the safety and sustainable development of the ecosystem,and scientific decision-making can be made for the supervision,design and implementation of comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration projects.
