基于生态环境监管的业务需求分析,介绍了生态环境综合监管平台的总体技术框架及各子系统的功能模块设计,深入剖析了GIS技术在不同应用系统中的关键作用。由此提出了GIS生态更深入的应用构想,扩展了生态环保的管理与运维的方向,为环保工作提供了解决思路。

Based on the business requirement analysis of ecological environment supervision,this paper introduces the overall technical framework of the ecological environment comprehensive supervision platform and the functional module design of each subsystem.The key role of GIS technology in different application systems is analyzed in depth.Therefore,it proposes a more in-depth application concept of GIS ecology,expands the direction of ecological environmental protection management,operation and maintenance,and provides feasible solutions for environmental protection work.
