摘要
分析研究了表面温度源的现有溯源方法,通过传感器接触程度模拟试验、测温位置与上表面温度模拟试验及测试数据,分析并验证现有校准方法中存在测温位置与上表面温度有差异、铂电阻温度计跟表面热板的接触不紧密引起误差的问题,并提出了对表面测温杯表面温度和被检表面温度源温度采用比较法的解决思路。
This paper considers the existing traceability methods for surface temperature sources.According to theresultof simulation teston sensor contact degree and different temperature measurement positions,this paper analyzes and validates the problemsin traditional calibration methods,which is the inconsistency between temperature measurement position and upper surface temperature,and error caused by loose contact between platinum resistance thermometer and surface hot plate.This paper puts forword solution by comparing the surface temperature of surface cup to the temperature source.
