摘要
便携式制动性能测试仪静态校准装置的计量性能准确性直接影响便携式制动性能测试仪的测试结果,目前尚未有关于其校准方法的公开报道。文章针对该类设备的性能特点,研究给出以数显倾角仪为标准器的校准方法,并对三种典型的静态校准装置进行校准试验,最后通过不确定度分析和比对试验进行验证。结果表明该校准方法科学合理,便捷高效,满足计量溯源需求,为后续校准规范的修订提供重要参考。
The accuracy of the metrological performance of the static calibration device for portable brake testers directly affects the test results of the portable brake performance tester.Currently,there are no public reports on its calibration method.Based on the performance characteristics of this type of equipment,this article studies and proposes a calibration method using high-precision digital inclinometers as standard devices,and carries out calibration tests on three typical static calibration devices.Finally,it is verified through uncertainty analysis and comparison tests.The results show that this calibration method is scientific,reasonable,convenient,and efficient,meeting the needs of metrological traceability,and providing an important reference for the revision of subsequent calibration specifications.
