摘要
职业教育数字化转型正深刻驱动高等职业教育治理体系的全面革新与育人模式的重塑,这一过程不仅强化了产教融合的深度,显著提升了职业教育的适应性,同时也伴随着“泛在学习模式”的兴起“、网络圈层效应”的显现,以及“工具理性主义”倾向的潜在滋生,这些现象背后隐藏着思想价值传导的复杂性与隐忧,值得我们深入剖析与审慎应对。叙事作为人类特有的价值认知和表达活动,寄情于人、藏理于事、寓文于理,有利于联结数字时代师生情感世界,走进学生网络圈层传递信念价值,融通产教两界达成价值共识。应用叙事赋能高职教育数字化转型,应立足“虚实共生”构建有温度的叙事主体关系,立足“情理相融”创生有信度的叙事话语方式,立足“产教协同”打造有黏度的叙事文化内容,通过叙事推进数字化转型下的高职教育更好地衔接“人”与技术的关系,为职业教育高质量发展提供文化条件与精神动能。
The digital transformation of vocational education is profoundly driving the comprehensive innovation of the governance system of higher vocational education and the reshaping of the education mod⁃el.This process not only strengthens the depth of the Integration between industry and education and signifi⁃cantly improves the adaptability of vocational education but also accompanies the rise of"ubiquitous learn⁃ing mode",the emergence of the"network layer effect"and the potential breeding of"instrumental rational⁃ism".These phenomena hide the complexity and hidden worries of ideological value transmission,which is worthy of our in-depth analysis and prudent response.As a unique value cognition and expression activity of human beings,narration is conducive to connecting the emotional world of teachers and students in the digital age,conveying belief value into the network circle of students,and integrating the two circles of pro⁃duction and teaching to reach a value consensus.The application of narrative to empower the digital trans⁃formation of higher vocational education should build a warm narrative subject relationship based on the"virtuality-reality symbiosis",create a reliable narrative discourse mode based on the"emotion-reason inte⁃gration",create a cohesive narrative cultural content based on the"industry-education collaboration",and promote the relationship between"people"and technology in higher vocational education under the digital transformation through narrative.Provide cultural conditions and spiritual momentum for the high-quality development of vocational education.
