摘要
为改变长壁综采工作面因留设面间小煤柱和末采大煤柱,大量废弃煤炭资源的普遍状况,提出了通过提前人为施工一道类似与小煤柱的人工长薄壁钢筋混凝土支柱,使用这道混凝土薄壁支柱代替面间护巷小煤柱,实现小煤柱各项功能,取消面间小煤柱。长薄壁钢筋混凝土支柱在宽巷掘进顺槽的前提下,施工一道大面积刚柔同具可延续的钢绞线绑扎式模板,同时利用煤壁本身做为一道模板,两模内浇注一道长壁钢筋混凝土薄壁支柱,下一相邻工作面沿混凝土支柱掘巷,钢筋混凝土薄壁墙替代煤柱,不保留长壁综采面间小煤柱。同样通过浇注一道中厚度倾向长壁钢筋混凝土支柱代替大末采煤柱,取消大末采煤柱。长壁综采由传统121小煤柱工法变为全面无煤柱120-0工法,进一步提高煤炭采出率。
Small coal pillars between working faces and large coal pillars of the last mining section cause vast abandoned coal resources in long-wall fully mechanized mining faces.To address this situation,we proposed to artificially construct a long and thin-wall reinforced concrete pillar similar to small coal pillars in advance.This concrete pillar would replace the small coal pillars between mining faces to realize their functions and eliminate the small coal pillars.In the advancing gateway of the wide tunnel,a large-area,flexible and rigid steel strand binding formwork was constructed,and the coal wall itself was used as the other formwork.Between the two formworks,a long-wall reinforced concrete pillar was cast.In the next adjacent mining face,the tunnel was excavated along the concrete pillar,and a reinforced concrete thin-walled wall replaced the coal pillars,thus eliminating the small coal pillars between the long-wall fully mechanized mining faces.Similarly,an inclined medium-thick long-walled reinforced concrete pillar was cast to replace the large coal pillars of the last mining section,thus eliminating them.As a result,the long-wall fully mechanized mining changed from the traditional 121 small coal pillar method to the comprehensive 120-0 non-pillar method,further improving the coal recovery rate.
