Usage Situation Analysis of Oral Second-class Psychotropic Drugs in a Mental Health Center in 2022

目的分析某精神卫生中心2022年口服二类精神药品的使用情况,为该医疗机构合理使用二类精神药品提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析法对某精神卫生中心2022年1—12月二类精神药品的用药频度(DDDS)、限定日费用(DDC)、药物利用指数(DUI)和销售金额进行统计排序,分析影响其口服二类精神药品使用的因素,并评价口服二类精神药品处方的合理性。结果该精神卫生中心使用的口服二类精神药品有3类共8种,均为片剂;2022年度门诊共有399人开具了口服二类精神药品,其中女性占比52.38%;所治疗的疾病分为六大类,其中以六类严重精神障碍伴失眠的占比最高(58.40%);酒石酸唑吡坦片的销售金额与DDDS都稳居第一;使用频度排在前3位的分别是酒石酸唑吡坦片、氯硝西泮片和右佐匹克隆片;随机抽查的200张口服二类精神药品处方中,不规范处方的占比为4%、不适宜处方的占比为1%。结论该精神卫生中心口服二类精神药品的临床使用基本合理,相关部门仍应按规定继续加强特殊药品的用药教育及使用监管。

Objective To understand usage situation of oral second-class psychotropic drugs in a district level mental health center,and provide reference for rational use of second-class psychotropic drugs in medical institution.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed defined daily doses(DDDS),defined daily cost(DDC),drug utilization index(DUI),and sales amount rank of second-class psychotropic drugs in a mental health center in a district from January 2022 to December 2022,analyzed influencing factors of usage situation of second-class psychotropic drugs,and evaluated rational use of prescriptions.Results The mental health center used 3 types and 8 kinds of oral second-class psychotropic drugs,which were tablets.In 2022,the center prescribed second-class psychotropic drugs for 399 patients,with females accounting for 52.38%.There were six categories of diseases,proportion of severe mental disorders with insomnia was the highest at 58.40%,sales amount and DDDS of zolpidem tartrate tablets remained top,top three most frequently used were zolpidem tartrate tablets,clonazepam tablets,and dexzopiclone tablets.Out of 200 randomly sampled prescriptions for second class psychotropic drugs,4%was non-standard and 1%was unsuitable.Conclusion Oral second-class psychotropic drugs in the mental health center are used reasonably in clinical practice,relevant departments should continue to strengthen education and supervision on special drugs use in accordance with regulations.
