参芪地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病的研究新进展

New Research Progress of Codonopsis Pilosula,Scutellaria Baicalensis and Rehmannia Glutinosa Decoction in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病常见并发症之一,病程长、病情反复、迁延不愈,对患者肾脏造成损伤严重,随病情进展容易导致慢性肾功能衰竭,对患者的生活质量和生命健康造成严重威胁。早期积极治疗对于控制病情进展具有重要意义。但是该病病因病机复杂,如先天禀赋不足、饮食不当、情志不畅、劳累过度等。气阴两虚为基本病机,阴气长期损耗导致阴阳两虚,而脾肾阳虚为该病的常见中医证型。参芪地黄汤是中医健脾益肾常用方剂,适用于DN的治疗,能够促进患者肾功能恢复,且抑制炎性反应作用显著,效果确切。基于此,本文对参芪地黄汤治疗DN的研究进展进行综述。

Diabetes nephropathy is one of common complications of diabetes,which has long treatment course,recurrence,and protracted disease course,and causes serious damage to kidneys of patients,and may cause chronic renal failure as disease progresses,posing a serious threat to life quality and health of patients.Early active treatment is of great significance for controlling progression of the disease.However,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is complicated,including insufficient innate endowment,improper diet,emotional disorders and excessive fatigue.Qi and Yin deficiency is the basic pathogenesis,long-term depletion of Yin and Yang causes Yin and Yang deficiency.Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency is a common TCM syndrome type of the disease.Codonopsis pilosula,scutellaria baicalensis and rehmannia glutinosa decoction is commonly used prescription for invigorating spleen and kidney of traditional Chinese medicine,which is suitable for treatment of diabetes nephropathy,can promote recovery of renal function,with significant inhibitory effect on inflammatory reaction.On the basis,the paper reviews research progress of codonopsis pilosula,scutellaria baicalensis and rehmannia glutinosa decoction in tr eatment of diabetes nephropathy.
