消渴病肾病方联合常规西药治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病肾病早期的效果

Effect of Diabetes Induced Nephropathy Prescription Combined with Routine Western Medicine on Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy with Qi and Yin Deficiency at Early Stage

目的研究消渴病肾病方联合常规西药治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病肾病早期的效果。方法选取2021年4月—2022年9月本院收治的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病肾病早期患者73例为研究对象,依抽签法将其分成观察组(36例)和对照组(37例)。观察组采消渴病肾病方联合常规西药治疗,对照组采取常规西药治疗,对比两组患者的生化指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白定量(24h UP)、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿β2微球蛋白、空腹血糖(GLU)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)以及甘油三酯(TRIG)]水平、中医疗效、不良反应发生率(肠胃道反应、四肢感觉异常、坏疽、酮症酸中毒、低血糖昏迷)。结果治疗后,两组生化指标水平都有明显下降,观察组下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果相较于对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病肾病患者采取消渴病肾病方联合常规西药治疗,能够有效降低疾病相关生化指标,提高疗效,且不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective To study effect of diabetes induced nephropathy prescription combined with routine western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency at early stage.Methods The paper chose 73 patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency in our hospital from April 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group according to drawing lots method,including 36 cases in observation group and 37 cases in control group.Observation group was treated with combination of diabetes and kidney disease prescription and routine Western medicine,while control group with routine Western medicine treatment.Biochemical indicators(blood creatinine,Scr,urea nitrogen,BUN,24-hour urine protein quantification,24-hour UP,urinary albumin excretion rate,urineβ2-microglobulin,fasting blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin,triglycerides),traditional Chinese medicine effect and incidence of adverse reactions(gastrointestinal reactions,limb sensory abnormalities,gangrene,ketoacidosis,hypoglycemic coma)were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,biochemical index scores of both groups showed significant decrease,observation group had significantly higher decrease than control group(P<0.05).Observation group showed more significant improvement trend in traditional Chinese medicine effect than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of diabetes induced nephropathy prescription and routine western medicine can reduce disease related biochemical indicators,improve effect effectively,with fewer adverse reactions for type 2 diabetes nephropathy patients with Qi and Yin deficiency,which is worthy of promoti on.
