乳酸菌阴道胶囊在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎治疗中的效果

Curative Effect Exploration of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules for Patients with Cervical Erosion and Chronic Cervicitis

目的探究在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者中实施乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月本院收治的82例宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采取电灼术治疗,观察组则在其基础上实施乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,阴道出血量<月经量占比大于对照组,阴道出血时间低于7d的占比高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者,采用乳杆菌阴道胶囊进行干预以及治疗,可以进一步提高治疗效果,减少阴道出血次数以及出血量,值得广泛推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule for patients with cervical erosion combined with chronic cervicitis.Methods The paper chose 82 patients in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with electrocautery treatment,while observation group with combined treatment with lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis.Clinical curative effect between two groups was observed.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group;proportion of vaginal bleeding amount and menstrual flow was higher than control group,proportion of vaginal bleeding time less than 7 days was higher than control group.Life quality scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention and treatment with lactobacillus vaginal capsules can further improve curative effect,reduce frequency and vaginal bleeding amount of patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis,which ha s broad application prospects.
