摘要
目的分析大面积烧伤患者烧伤初期输血治疗的可行性,为烧伤患者的治疗提供参考。方法选取2018年2月—2023年2月本院烧伤科收治的60例患者为研究对象,所有患者均为大面积烧伤患者。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规治疗法,观察组则采取烧伤初期输血治疗,以验证烧伤初期输血治疗的效果。对比指标包括临床治疗效果、住院时间、合并感染发生率以及血常规指标等。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组住院时间更短(P<0.05),合并感染发生率更低(P<0.05)。入院时,两组在红细胞计数、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)及血小板计数的对比中无显著差异(P>0.05);烧伤后第1d,观察组上述指标显著上升(P<0.05);输血治疗后(7d、14d),观察组红细胞、Hb、HCT虽有所下降但仍高于输血前,且高于同期的对照组(P<0.05);烧伤后7d,观察组血小板计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输血治疗有助于控制合并感染发生风险,改善患者的贫血情况,并进一步加速患者康复,提升患者的整体治疗效果。
Objective To analyze feasibility of blood transfusion therapy for extensive burn patients at early stage,and provide reference for treatment.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with extensive burns in burn department from February 2018 to February 2023,and divided them into groups with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with early burn blood transfusion.Curative effect of early burn blood transfusion treatment was verified,with comparative indicators of clinical curative effect,length of stay,incidence of concurrent infections,and blood routine indicators.Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,length of stay in observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Comparison showed,incidence rate of co-infection in observation group was lower(P<0.05).Comparison showed,there was no significant difference in red blood cell count,hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT)and platelet count between two groups at admission(P>0.05).On the first day after burn injury,the above indicators in observation group significantly increased(P<0.05).After blood transfusion(7d,14d),red blood cells,Hb,and HCT in observation group decreased slightly,which were still higher than before blood transfusion and control group,(P<0.05).After 7 days of burn injury,platelet count in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood transfusion therapy can help control risk of co-infection,improve anemia,and further accelerate recovery,enhance overall curative effect of patients.
