二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病合并心衰患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect Observation of Metformin Combined with Dapagliflozin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨对2型糖尿病伴有心衰患者给予二甲双胍联合达格列净药物完成针对性治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年10月本院52例2型糖尿病伴有心衰患者作为研究对象,采用投掷硬币法将其分为参照组和研究组。参照组采用二甲双胍治疗;研究组在参照组的治疗基础上应用达格列净药物治疗;比较两组治疗后的心功能水平测定结果、血糖水平测定结果以及不良反应总发生率统计结果。结果治疗前,两组的心功能水平比较,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的6min步行距离显著长于参照组,心率水平显著低于参照组,左室射血分数显著高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的血糖水平比较,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖水平、餐后2h血糖水平以及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率均显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病伴有心衰患者的治疗期间,联合应用二甲双胍与达格列净药物,可较大程度地改善患者心功能,显著降低血糖水平和不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of metformin combined with dapagliflozin on type 2 diabetes patients with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 52 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with heart failure in our hospital from September 2021 to October 2023 for comparative study.26 cases in reference group were treated with metformin,26 cases in study group with dapagliflozin on the basis of reference group.Results of cardiac function level measurement,blood glucose level measurement,and overall incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart function levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,6-minute walking distance of study group was significantly longer than reference group,heart rate level was significantly lower than reference group,left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose level,2-hour postprandial blood glucose level,and glycated hemoglobin level in study group was significantly lower than reference group(P<0.05).Overall incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with heart failure,metformin combined with dapagliflozin can improve heart function of patients to a large extent,reduce blood sugar level and incidence of series of adverse reactions significantly.
