手法复位结合复元活血汤加味治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果

Clinical Effect Analysis of Manual Reduction Combined with Modified Recovery and Activating Blood Circulation Decoction for Distal Radius Fractures

目的探讨手法复位结合复元活血汤加味治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法将2022年1月—2023年6月在本院骨科治疗的92例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组使用手法复位小夹板固定治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用复元活血汤加味治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛及肿胀情况、腕关节解剖指标。结果观察组腕关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组不同时间点的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分、肿胀评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组两项评分均更低(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组掌倾角、尺偏角均增大,且观察组增大更多(P<0.05);桡骨短缩量均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位结合复元活血汤加味治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果显著,能有效缓解骨折部位疼痛及肿胀,起到良好的解剖复位作用,提高骨折愈合质量。

Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of manual reduction combined with modified recovery and activating blood circulation decoction in treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods The paper chose 92 patients with distal radius fractures in our orthopedic department from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with manual reduction and small splint fixation,while observation group with modified recovery and activating blood circulation decoction.Clinical effect,pain and swelling,and wrist joint anatomical indicators were compared between two groups.Results Excellent rate of wrist joint function in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of VAS pain and swelling scores at different time points were lower in observation group,(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,measurement of palm inclination angle and ulnar deviation angle showed,observation group had more enlargement and less radial shortening than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual reduction combined with modified recovery and activating blood circulation decoction can achieve significant clinical effect for distal radius fractures,can alleviate pains and swelling at fracture site effectively,achieve good anatomical reduction effect,and improve quality of fracture healing.
