药品临床综合评价思维在医院药品临时采购管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation Thoughts of Drugs in Hospital Temporary Procurement Management

目的分析药品临床综合评价思维在医院药品临时采购管理中的应用价值。方法将2021年1月—2022年12月北京市第二医院的800份药品临时采购申请单作为研究对象。将2021年1月—2021年12月的药品临时采购申请单(400份)纳入常规管理组,采取常规药品临时采购管理模式;将2022年1月—2022年12月的药品临时采购申请单(400份)纳入思维管理组,采取药品临床综合评价思维下管理模式;比较不同时间内药品临时采购情况、临时采购药品类别情况。结果分析两组药品临时采购情况可见,思维管理组临时采购申请率、事前审核不合格率低于常规管理组,临时采购执行率高于常规管理组(P<0.05);思维管理组与常规管理组临时采购药品主要以抗肿瘤药和免疫功能调节药为主,其次为系统用抗感染药物,常规管理组呼吸系统、神经系统、杂类等用药临时申请率高于思维管理组(P<0.05)。结论在医院药品临时采购管理中,基于药品临床综合评价思维可提高药品临时采购管理质量,降低临时采购申请率,合理规范临床用药采购,较常规管理措施更有助于提高临时采购合格率,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze application value of clinical drugs-based comprehensive evaluation thoughts in temporary drug procurement management of hospital.Methods The paper chose management contents of temporary drug procurement in Beijing the Second Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as research objects,routine drug temporary procurement management was carried out from January 2021 to December 2021,and drugs-based comprehensive clinical evaluation was carried out from January 2022 to December 2022.Situation of temporary drug procurement,drugs types purchased at different time were compared.Results During period of 2021-2022,there were 800 temporary drug procurement application forms.Temporary drug procurement situation analysis between two groups showed,temporary procurement application rate and pre audit failure rate in thoughts management group was lower than routine management group,temporary procurement implementation rate was higher than routine management group(P<0.05).Temporary procurement of drugs in thought management group and routine management group mainly included anti-tumor drugs and immune function regulating drugs,followed by systemic anti infective drugs.Temporary application rate of respiratory system,nervous system,miscellaneous drugs and etc.in routine management group was higher than thought management group(P<0.05).Conclusion During management of temporary drug procurement of hospital,drug-based comprehensive clinical evaluation can improve quality of temporary drug procurement management,reduce application rate of temporary procurement,and standardize clinical drug procurement reasonably,can improve qualification rate of temporary procurement compared with routine management measures,which is worthy of promotion and application.
