急诊胸痛病人抢救中优化急诊护理流程的应用效果

Application Effect Analysis of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process in Rescue of Emergency Chest Pains Patients

目的在急诊胸痛病人的抢救中优化急诊护理流程,并分析该方式的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年10月本院收治的46例急诊胸痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表抽取法将其划分为2组,每组23例。对照组按照常规急诊护理流程进行护理,观察组根据优化后的急诊护理流程进行护理,分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组抢救有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组抢救相关指标耗费时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组总满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在抢救胸痛患者时,优化急诊护理流程能够有效缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,减少患者所面临的危险,应用价值较高。

Objective To optimize emergency nursing process in rescue of emergency chest pain patients and analyze its application effect.Methods The paper chose 46 emergency chest pain patients from February 2021 to October 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table.23 cases in control group were treated with routine emergency nursing process,while the other 23 cases in observation group with optimized emergency nursing process.Application effect between two groups was analyzed.Results Comparison showed,rescue effect in observation group was higher,(P<0.05),with shorter rescue time for relevant indicators,(P<0.05),and lower incidence of adverse events,(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree of observation group was higher,(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process can effectively shorten rescue time,improve rescue success rate,and reduce risks of in chest pain patients,which has high application val ue.
