中药熏洗和中医康复护理改善脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能的临床有效性评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Rehabilitation Nursing in Improving Hemiplegic Limb Function after Stroke

目的分析脑卒中后偏瘫患者应用中医康复护理以及中药熏洗的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月本院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规康复护理,观察组采取中医康复护理+中药熏洗,观察两组肢体功能、日常生活能力、生存质量等情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组日常生活能力评分与上肢运动功能评分更高,疼痛评分更低(P<0.05);观察组上下肢肌力水平更高(P<0.05);观察组生存质量更高(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后偏瘫患者应用中医康复护理+中药熏洗干预效果较好,可改善患者肢体功能,提高生存质量。

Objective To analyze effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on post-stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods The paper chose 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing,while observation group with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing and fumigation.Limb function,daily living ability,and life quality was observed between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of daily living ability and upper limb motor function in the observation group were higher,and the pain scores were lower(P<0.05)..Observation group had higher muscle strength levels in upper and lower limbs(P<0.05).Observation group had higher life quality than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation intervention can achieve good effect on post-stroke hemiplegic patients,can improve limb function and enhance life quality of patients.
