全身振动训练联合八段锦在出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用

Application of whole-body vibration training combined with Baduanjin in hemiplegic patients after hemorrhagic stroke

目的探究全身振动训练联合八段锦在出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复过程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2023年5月该院收治的出血性脑卒中稳定期患者130例作为研究对象,均可见不同程度偏瘫,采用单双号法随机分为常规训练组和联合组,每组65例。常规训练组在全身震动平台上进行常规康复训练,联合组在常规康复训练基础上进行八段锦训练。对2组患者干预前、干预6个月后平衡能力[平衡能力量表(BBS)评分]、肢体功能[Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分]、生活质量[巴氏指数(BI)、简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36量表)评分]等进行评价。结果2组患者干预6个月后BBS、FMA、BI、SF-36量表评分均较干预前明显升高,且联合组患者干预6个月后BBS[(45.50±3.29)分vs.(38.12±3.74)分]、FMA[(74.49±4.67)分vs.(69.21±4.59)分]、BI[(69.46±5.32)分vs.(64.17±5.09)分]、SF-36量表评分均明显高于常规训练组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在出血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复过程中采取全身振动训练联合八段锦的康复方案可有效帮助患者恢复肢体与平衡功能,并提高生活自理能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-body vibration training combined with Baduanjin in the rehabilitation process of the patients with hemiplegia after hemorrhagic stroke.Methods A total of 130 patients in the stable phase after hemorrhagic stroke,all of whom exhibited varying degrees of hemiplegia,were selected from the hospital between July 2020 and May 2023.They were randomly divided into the conventional training group and the combined group using odd and even numbers,with 65 cases in each group.The conventional training group underwent regular rehabilitation training on a whole-body vibration platform,while the combined group performed Baduanjin exercises in addition to the regular rehabilitation training.Balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score],limb function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score],and quality of life[Barthel Index(BI),and Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)score]were evaluated for both groups before the intervention and after six months of intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the scores of BBS,FMA,BI,and SF-36 scales in both groups of patients were significantly higher than before intervention,and the scores of[(45.50±3.29)points vs.(38.12±3.74)points],FMA[(74.49±4.67)points vs.(69.21±4.59)points],BI[(69.46±5.32)points vs.(64.17±5.09)points],and SF-36 scales in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the conventional training group after 6 months of intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation program of whole-body vibration training combined with Baduanjin can effectively help patients with hemiplegia after hemorrhagic stroke recover limb and balance functions,and improve their ability to live independently.
