日间手术患者满意度调查问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development and reliability and validity testing of a satisfaction survey questionnaire for patients undergoing daytime surgery

目的编制适合日间手术患者的满意度调查问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法采用回顾性调查,选取2023年该院日间手术中心出院的100例患者进行调查,对问卷信效度进行检验。通过检索中英文文献,分析相关政策,构建日间手术患者满意度调查问卷的条目池。选取日间手术中心负责人、预约中心、日间手术病房、肿瘤日间化疗、眼科日间手术管理人员共6位专家对构建的条目进行评价,修改后形成正式问卷。结果调查问卷包括“预约中心服务、住院部服务、手术室服务、随访服务”4个维度28个条目。问卷各维度Cronbach′sα、Spearman-Brown系数均>0.9。问卷条目内容效度指数在0.8~1.0,量表水平的内容效度指数在0.9以上。结论日间手术患者满意度调查问卷具有较好的信效度,可以用于日间手术患者的满意度调查。

Objective To develop and validate a satisfaction survey questionnaire suitable for day surgery patients and to test its reliability and validity.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted,targeting the 100 patients discharged from the day surgery center of the hospital in 2023,to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.By reviewing both Chinese and English literature and analyzing related policies,an item pool for the day surgery patient satisfaction survey questionnaire was constructed.Six experts,including managers from the day surgery center,appointment center,day surgery ward,oncology day chemotherapy,and ophthalmology day surgery,evaluated and revised the items,forming the final questionnaire.Results The survey questionnaire comprised 28 items across four dimensions:"appointment center services,inpatient services,operating room services,and follow-up services."The Cronbach'sαand Spearman-Brown coefficient for each dimension of the questionnaire were all above 0.9.The content validity index of the questionnaire items ranged from 0.8 to 1.0,with the scale-level content validity index exceeding 0.9.Conclusion The day surgery patient satisfaction survey questionnaire demonstrates good reliability and validity,making it suitable for surveying the satisfaction of day surgery patients.
