Research progress on influencing factors of dental caries in young children based on health social determinants model

低龄儿童龋已为全球公共卫生问题之一。该文基于健康社会决定因素模型,系统检索相关文献并纳入14篇文献。研究显示,低龄儿童龋近端影响因素涵盖个人特质、个人生活方式、社会和社区网络和个体社会结构性因素。应在学科交叉融合的背景下,结合临床实验和社区干预,开展前瞻性或干预性研究,为干预和治疗低龄儿童龋提供依据。

Caries in young children has become one of the global public health problems.Based on the model of social determinants of health,this paper systematically searched the relevant literature and included 14 articles.Studies have shown that the factors affecting the proximal caries of young children include personal traits,personal lifestyles,social and community networks,and individual social structural factors.In the context of interdisciplinary integration,prospective or interventional studies should be carried out in combination with clinical experiments and community interventions to provide a basis for the intervention and treatment of dental caries in young children.
