职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的价值取向和策略建议

摘要 职业教育与新质生产力有着双向赋能的内在关系,职业教育是新质生产力形成的积极要素和重要变量,新质生产力的传导效应会引发职业教育理念、目标、模式、内容、方式的系统性变革。职业教育赋能新质生产力要把握好高素质技术技能型人才供给、高能级转化平台搭建和高效资源配置的价值取向,明确深化产教融合、提升科研服务水平、建强“五金”、推进数字化转型、加强国际交流合作五项策略,为发展新质生产力打造坚实技能基座。 Vocational education and the new quality productive forces have a two-way internal relationship.Vocational education is a positive factor and an important variable in the formation of the new quality productive forces.The transmission effect of the new quality productive forces will lead to systematic changes in the concept,goal,mode,content and mode of vocational education.To empower the new quality productive forces in vocational education,we should grasp the value orientation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel supply,high-level transformation platform construction and efficient resource allocation,and clearly deepen the integration between industry and education,improve the level of scientific research services,build a strong“five gold”promote digital transformation,and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,to build a solid skill foundation for the development of new quality productive forces.
