数字化转型下的终身教育生态体系建构

摘要 数字经济的快速发展带动终身教育从理论到实践的创变,教育数字化转型重塑了个体的学习样态,加速了整个教育生态的重构。从生态位视角探讨终身教育数字化转型的战略意义,梳理了其多维发展模式与影响因素,并提出构建终身教育生态的路径框架。终身教育的推进需结合顶层设计与技术创新,重塑教育政策、资金投入、技术应用与社会文化环境。构建高效的终身教育生态需加强多维系统协同,强化教育机构、政策执行、法律支持及资金配置的一体化。教育资源的泛在化和技术的普及化是实现终身学习的关键,同时呼吁政策制定者、教育机构和社会各界共同推进终身教育的生态建设,以应对社会变迁和全球危机,实现教育的公平与包容。 The rapid development of the digital economy has driven the change of lifelong education from the theory to practice.The digital transformation of education has reshaped the individual's learning pattern and accelerated the reconstruction of the entire education ecology.This paper discusses the strategic significance of the digital transformation of lifelong education from the perspective of niche,combs its multidimensional development model and influencing factors,and puts forward the path framework of constructing lifelong education ecology.The promotion of lifelong education needs to combine top-level design and technological innovation to reshape education policy,capital investment,technology application and social and cultural environment.To build an efficient lifelong education ecology,it is necessary to strengthen multi-dimensional system coordination,and strengthen the integration of educational institutions,policy implementation,legal support and fund allocation.The ubiquity of educational resources and the popularization of technology are the key to realize lifelong learning.At the same time,it calls on policy makers,educational institutions and all sectors of society to jointly promote the ecological construction of lifelong education,so as to cope with social changes and global crises,and realize the fairness and inclusiveness of education.
