摘要
乡村医生是基层百姓的“健康守门人”,其职业能力直接影响农村医疗服务水平。乡村医生在队伍结构、培训体系、保障制度方面仍面临诸多挑战。河北省聚焦乡村医生职业能力提升,依托省属医科大学探索建立独具特色的乡村医生培训体系。实践中发现,乡村医生职业能力提升还存在队伍建设、职业能力以及发展保障等诸多问题,需在打造新型乡医队伍、聚焦培训提质增效、健全乡医保障体系等方面着手发力。
Rural doctors are the"health gatekeepers"of grassroots people,and their professional abilities directly affect the level of rural medical services.They still face many challenges in terms of team structure,training system,and security system.Hebei Province focuses on improving the professional abilities of rural doctors and relies on provincial medical universities to explore and establish a unique training system for rural doctors.In practice,it has been found that there are still many problems in improving the professional competence of rural doctors,such as team building,professional competence,and development guarantee.Efforts need to be made to build a new type of rural medical team,focus on training to improve quality and efficiency,and improve the rural medical security system.
