职教高考文化素质评价发展脉络与改革路径——以江苏省为例

The Development and Reform Path of Cultural Literacy Evaluation of college Entrance Examination in Vocational Education——Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

为适应不同阶段江苏职业教育发展要求,职教高考文化素质评价大致经历了招生与考试一体化、招生与考试分离、标准建设到系统设计的过程。在优化职业教育类型定位背景下,文化素质评价要在教育综合改革中重新定位,要在职教高考制度中厘清与职业技能评价的关系,要跟进课程改革步伐实现从知识技能向核心素养转变。文化素质评价改革需在宏观层研究技能人才具备的文化素质要求,在中观层改革文化素质评价内容及方式,在微观层依据课程标准研制素养导向的文化科目考试命题。

In order to adapt to the development requirements of Jiangsu vocational education at different stages,the cultural literacy evaluation of college entrance examination in vocational education has roughly experienced the process of integration of enrollment and examination,separation of enrollment and examination,standard construction and system design.under the background of optimizing the positioning of vocational education types,the evaluation of cultural literacy should be repositioned in the comprehensive reform of education,the relationship between the evaluation of vocational skills and the evaluation of vocational skills should be clarified in the college entrance examination system of vocational education,and the pace of curriculum reform should be followed to realize the transformation from knowledge and skills to core literacy.The reform of cultural quality evaluation needs to study the cultural quality requirements of skilled talents at the macro level,reform the content and methods of cultural quality evaluation at the meso level,and develop literacy-oriented cultural subject examination propositions according to curriculum standards at the micro level.
