WSR系统方法论视阈下高职院校内部治理数字化转型影响因素探究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Digital Transformation of Internal Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of WSR System Methodology

新一轮科技革命和产业变革的深入发展,高职院校内部治理数字化转型已成为时代所需。当前,高职院校内部治理受多种影响因素共同作用,探究高职院校内部治理数字化转型影响因素并提出针对性的发展对策,对激发高职院校的办学活力,提高教育管理效能具有深远意义。基于WSR系统方法论,收集了392份有效样本,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,探究了高职院校内部治理数字化转型影响因素,得出结论如下:基于物理维度视角,数智技术的发展和应用正向影响高职院校内部治理数字化转型;基于事理维度视角,优化顶层设计,夯实数智底座正向影响高职院校内部治理数字化转型;基于人理维度视角,关注师生需求正向影响高职院校内部治理数字化转型。

The further development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges has become the need of the times.At present,the internal governance of higher vocational colleges is affected by many factors.It has a far-reaching significance to explore the influencing factors of the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges and put forward targeted development countermeasures to stimulate the vitality of higher vocational colleges and improve the efficiency of education management.Based on the WSR system methodology,392 valid samples were collected,and the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis to explore the influencing factors of the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.The conclusions are as follows:Based on the perspective of physical dimension,the development and application of digital intelligence technology positively affect the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of affair dimension,optimizing the top-level design and consolidating the base of digital intelligence have a positive impact on the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of human dimension,paying attention to the needs of teachers and students positively affects the digital transformation of internal governance in higher vocational colleges.
